Sepulveda Transit Corridor Partners (STCP) includes Bechtel Development Company, Meridiam, and American Triple I (ATI) as Equity Members, with Bechtel Infrastructure leading construction and engineering. The team is further strengthened by top engineering firms Mott MacDonald, T.Y. Lin, Systra, Stadler, and Siemens.


For operations and maintenance, STCP has partnered with RATP Dev, a global transit leader with over 30 years of experience managing automated, driverless subway systems—consistently achieving up to 99% passenger satisfaction.


STCP’s proven expertise spans major Metro projects, including the D (Purple Line) subway and Regional Connector, as well as internationally recognized transit systems such as Paris Metro Line 14, Doha Metro, and London’s Elizabeth Line.

American Triple I (ATI) is an investor, owner, developer and manager of infrastructure assets and infrastructure-focused companies.
